Antony is a recognised expert in UK Students’ Unions. He has over 35 years in the sector, from a sabbatical officer to twelve years as a Chief Exec in three Unions and fifteen years delivering Change Director and Interim Chief Executive roles in fourteen unions across the UK .

He specialises in bespoke innovative and sector-leading solutions for vision and strategy, organisational culture, internal communications, and change management.

FINANCIAL SERVICES CONSULTANT

Wendy is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years’ experience supporting businesses and charities to achieve sustainable financial success. Over the past 5 years she has been working at a complex student association in a leadership finance position, bringing all finance functions in-house and creating the financial policies and procedures.  Wendy is also experienced in risk and compliance management.

She specialises in strategic financial planning, financial change management, cost analysis and systems improvement and implementation.

Natalia Hales

HR CONSULTANT

Natalia is a certified HR professional with more than 10 years’ experience across the full employee lifecycle. Nat has also a vast experience in people management, administrative support, systems improvement and implementation.  For the past 6 years she has had sole responsibility for the varied HR responsibilities for a student association including many improvements and development of the in-house HR policies and procedures from scratch. In a senior management position running the operations department of the association, she has made use of her experience in facilities and project management, compliance and planning.

She specialises in talent acquisition, performance management, HR system implementation and employee relations, working with organisations to build effective, people-centred practices that support both strategic goals and employee wellbeing.
